Join Adrian Molina and Elmer Hickman as they take over 1111 Lincoln Rd on Wednesday, September 15th at 7:00pm for 1111 Sound Off. A 30-minute Full Body Conditioning followed by Yoga, Meditation, socializing and community. We will be using Sound Off™ LED noise cancellation headphones at one of the most beautiful buildings in Miami Beach overlooking Biscayne Bay. Covered outdoor space, rain or shine.
Sound Off technology allows us to maintain social distancing while practicing together.
Location: 1111 Lincoln Rd - 7th Floor - Sky Deck overlooking Biscayne Bay at Sunset.
Investment: $20 Ticket
Bring your mat, towel and water. Please wear a mask to enter the facility. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

About Adrian Molina:
Adrian Molina has been teaching yoga since 2004, with an extensive worldwide following through his platform and school of yoga, Warrior Flow. Adrian is also a writer, meditation teacher, sound therapist, End-of-Life Doula, Mental Health First Aid facilitator, an ambassador for Accessible Yoga and Yoga for All, and a TCTSY-F Trauma-sensitive Yoga Facilitator. Adrian is recognized as a community organizer and creator of The Warrior Flow Foundation, a 501c3 non profit that brings the benefits of movement, therapeutic and accessible yoga, mindfulness, and stress reduction tools to schools, shelters, hospitals, police, and first responders. He is also the co-founder of Warrior Flow TV, an online video platform that makes fitness and yoga accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

About Elmer Hickman:
Elmer Hickman is a Miami Beach-based personal trainer whose clients include celebrities, high-profile entrepreneurs, Hollywood executives, and professional athletes. He is known for his diverse training methods, warm and focused personality, and his commitment to our local community. Elmer has over 20 years of experience in education holding Master’s Degrees in Educational Leadership, Human Resource Education, Speech Communication and Special Education, as well as expertise in the areas of strength training, athletic training, HIIT, accelerated weight loss, and specializations in True Mace and Kettle Bell technique.
