Come join us for a fun twist on a workout session at Christchurch South Intermediate!
Think of it as a group fitness class in a dark, night club setting with Glowsticks!!!
Your instructor will be the amazing Chloe Bodger from Ibizafit.
Expect to hear your favourite 90's hits and have a lot of fun doing it.
You have a choice of 2 classes to attend:
5.30pm - 6.30pm R12+ session
7.00pm - 8.00pm R16+ session

For our frontline teams, after a busy shift of medical emergencies, it’s crucial they have a place to return to where they can debrief, reset and recharge.
