As we continue down the Big Refresh journey we are continuing to find ways to improve operations. After significant research and testing we are ready to roll out Freezer to Proofer bread. Overnight retarding is not required. Join us for a training session to learn how to make bread this new and faster way. This training is open for Franchisees, Managers, and Bread Baking Staff.
