About this Event
We'll begin in circle to land into our bodies together. The movement is influenced by yoga, somatic practices, and dance. There will be opportunities to move through the whole spectrum of the human experience including sensuality, anger, and bliss. All while honoring and exploring the sacredness of the body. We'll close in circle with an opportunity to share and process in community, if you choose.
Some movement in this class may have the invitation to explore sensuality and the feminine side of the energetic spectrum. This ceremony is open to all gender expressions and identities. There is freedom to opt into or out of any offerings as this is a practice in listening to the voice of your body. If cost is a barrier to attending, please reach out and we'll find an exchange that works for you.
