Christine is an ICF-accredited Life Coach and SINC-Certified Neurocoach who believes that 95% of our actions and decisions come from our subconscious mind. Using the science of neuroplasticity, she helps women uncover hidden beliefs and rewire them for success.
Her process guides you to explore your vision, expose the root of your patterns, and exchange limiting beliefs for empowered ones. Christine’s approach isn’t cookie-cutter — it’s about understanding yourself, breaking free from patterns like people-pleasing and imposter syndrome, and trusting your own inner guidance.
