HOMEMADE PASTA & SAUCES: FALL EDITION!
Celebrate the flavors of fall in this cozy, hands-on pasta class filled with warmth, comfort, and a touch of elegance. You’ll start with a crisp autumn salad dressed in a bright orange maple vinaigrette before diving into fresh pasta-making. Craft tender pumpkin ricotta gnudi with nutty sage brown butter and roll out homemade fettuccine to pair with a rich Italian sausage vodka sauce. Finish the evening on a sweet note with a rustic hazelnut ricotta cake topped with a decadent Frangelico whipped cream. It’s a delicious way to savor the season—one comforting bite at a time.
