In this 2 hour seminar for women only, you will learn practical & effective tips to improve your own safety & awareness in social settings. Our programs are based on the 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu system of grappling, taught by women specifically for women and girls.
We focus on neutralising and escaping potential assault situations, implementing realistic grappling techniques where we show you how powerful you can be in 'worst case scenario' positions. Leave feeling stronger, safer & empowered!
