5K Trot 8:30 a.m. (registration at 8:00 a.m.)
Family Waddle 8:45 a.m.
Who: SpiriTrust Lutheran residents, team members, friends and families, and the local community
How: SpiriTrust Lutheran residents and team members may sign up at reception. Community members please email Jess Sheahan at [email protected] and provide your name, phone number and email address (in case of cancellation or change in plans).
Entry Fee: Please bring canned and shelf stable food for the local food bank as your entry fee.
Prizes: The first place male and female runners will receive prizes. Door prizes will be drawn from all entries and posted before the “waddle” begins.
