This is the 10th annual Veterans Parade to be held in Lubbock, Texas. The Veterans Parade is an event designed to pay tribute to veterans and all who have served in Lubbock. November 11 is usually observed as a state holiday and a federal holiday in all states. Veterans’ Day is an annual American holiday honoring military veterans
The 2025 theme is: "Serving One Another" – Participants are encouraged to showcase Veteran programs and initiatives, fly their American flags, and pay tribute to veterans and the men and women who serve in the U.S. Armed Forces and represent the best America has to offer, volunteering to put themselves in harm’s way to serve and protect the nation. Veterans, family members, marching bands, floats, etc., are encouraged to be included.
