Don't forget to mark your calendars for our 10th Annual Rafael Manríquez Festival at La Peña Cultural Center, a celebration of his music and his life as a cultural ambassador for the Southern Cone. We have invited his friend and musical colleague Eduardo Peralta to join us direct from Chile. Rafael's children Marci and Manuel Manriquez and his granddaughters will continue his musical legacy performing Rafael's songs with a talented group of musicians, including Daniel Onate, Flavia Cervino-Wood, John Calloway, Axel Herrera, and Harold Carr. Our dear friend Carlos Baron will be our delightful master of ceremonies and La Pena Cultural Center will be inducting Rafael to its Wall of Fame.Vino Sur will be hosting a premium wine tasting and artist Gonzalo Hidalgo will design a tribute to Rafael at the entrance.
