What’s Happening:
These events will be in the middle of the campground located by playground
3:00pm Learning Dutch Oven Cooking- Pizza and Cobbler (free)
3:30pm Dog Costume contest
4:00pm Kids costume Contest
5:00pm Witches Dance (Everyone is Encouraged to Join)
5:30pm Trick or Treat Starts
7:30pm Winners of Campsite Decorating Contest will be announced (at center of campground
What you need to know:
• Event is Free and open to everyone
• Individuals not camping but want to participate are welcome to come and decorate a car and give out candy (trunk-or-treat) See park ranger for locations for this. Not required to participate in the event
• Prizes for dog Costume $50.00 PetSmart gift card
• Prizes for Kids Costume contest Walmart gift cards 1st Place $50.00 2nd Place $ 25.00 3rd Place $10.00
• Prizes For campsite Decoration Contest Free Camping for 1st and 2nd Number of night is TBA
• Those campers who are participating in the camping Trick-or-Treating will need to supply their own candy. The park is not suppling every campsite with candy, but Park Rangers will be handing out candy that night. We usually have around 100 kids for this event.
• We may offer Smore’s or Walking Tacos for this event, come see if this is a Trick-or-Treat.
