ABOUT THE CENTRAL OHIO CHAMPIONS OF DIVERSITY AWARDS  PROGRAM
Over the past 9 years, The Central Ohio Champions of Diversity Awards has worked in  partnership with The Hispanic Chamber of Columbus to  bring ALL Diverse communities together to celebrate our accomplishments and dedication to  diversity. The Central Ohio Champions of Diversity Awards is proud to be the only diversity  awards program in Central Ohio that recognizes the diverse efforts of individuals and  corporations. Created by Ohio publishing legend, Amos H. Lynch, Sr., and his nephew Orville C.  Lynch, Jr. who also created the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast in Columbus, Ohio, The  Ohio Champions of Diversity Awards are designed to highlight and recognize the contributions  of individuals and corporations with 200 or more Central Ohio employees, who demonstrate  outstanding efforts in diversity Leadership, Development, Supplier, Workforce and Community  Outreach. The Central Ohio Champions of Diversity Awards is truly an inclusive event that  represents all persons including African American, Hispanic, Asian, Somali, LGBT, Disabled,  Veterans, Emerging and general market communities.

The Central Ohio Champions of Diversity Awards program is a unique one of a kind Annual 2  Day event that includes an Awards Luncheon and an on line and in person Career Fair, Career  Day, Panel discussions and Workshops. This event is put together and run by All Central  Ohio Small Minority owned and operated Businesses that include Career Town Networks,  Spencer 4Higher Media, Whitehouse Media Group, T Communications, Black Central Creative  and Urban Trendsetters Media. The monies generated for the Ohio Champions of Diversity  Awards go towards hosting the event and “Stay In Central Ohio” with partial proceeds  benefitting the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus and other diverse non-profit organizations that  benefit the minority and LGBT communities of Central Ohio!
In order to continue to recognize, celebrate and honor Central Ohio’s leaders and corporations  we need your continued support, participation and we welcome your suggestions on how we  can make each Awards Event and Career Fair bigger and better!
We graciously “Invite You” to join us for the 10th Annual Central Ohio Champions of  Diversity Awards Luncheon on September 30th 2020.
