We will be gathering at Progressive Athletics for a morning of reflection and connection through 108 Sunsalutations and journal prompts. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this event is for everyone looking to

• set a rhythm for your life that you can follow for the rest of the year
• build resilience for the inevitable changes and challenges of life
• build patience and compassion for yourself to carry throughout the year

We will have 9 rounds of 12 sun salutations with a journal prompt at every round. No pressure. No right or wrong. Just do what feel right for you.
