Super Event 108 Sun Salutations & Full Moon & International Yoga Day! INTENTIONS 2024 - 108 SUN SALUDATIONS ?‍♀️
We celebrate International Yoga Day in this unique super event that combines the power of yoga with the magic of the full moon, and the arrival of summer on June 20th.
We will do a yoga ritual with 108 sun salutations on our rooftop.
It is a powerful way to set your intention for the new season, to open and close cycles, to prepare our body and mind for the changes that may come.
