A). This includes Mountain Pose, Forward Fold, Plank, Chaturanga,
Cobra or Up Dog, Downward Facing Dog only.
Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects
the body, the mind.
This practice is suitable for all, and you are invited to go at your own
pace. Students will be guided throughout the practice & it will take
approximately 90 minutes + Savasana
