INTENTIONS EVENT - 108 SUN SALUTATIONS ?♀️
With the arrival of June, a change of season is approaching... the long awaited Summer.
And so, we invite you to join us on the 21st of June for our 108 Sun Salutations & Ritual event to "let go".
This is not a regular yoga class, but rather a
MEDITATION IN MOVEMENT!
We will do sun salutations followed by spiritual music, followed by a yoga ritual on the rooftop.
It is a powerful way to set your intention for the new season, to open and close cycles, to prepare our body and mind for the changes that may come.
All levels welcome.
