Move with the breath, become more grounded and turn your awareness inward, just preparing for the season of Autumn. Connect the mind and body for this cleansing and detoxifying practice in-community and feel the balanced energy of equal day and night.
108 symbolizes many things in the Yogic traditions, including, 1=something 0=nothing, 8=everything.

Move - flowing through Sun Salutations create heat in the body and help release unwanted emotions.
There will be times in the practice where you start to wonder why you signed up for this, but if you keep going, you will find a state of ease. Surrender to the process, acknowledge what arises emotionally, and then release those emotions into flowing movement and breath. Many experience feeling lighter and more energized at the end.
Modifications will be offered, and there is no requirement to do all 108 Sun Salutations. We will move and breathe together, grounding ourselves in connection and creating the space to welcome the beginning of Fall.
