Let's process and release 2025, and prepare our minds, bodies, and souls for 2026. Join us in community for our 12th year of 108 Sun Salutations, led by Jessica Mihm-Bonner. This year we will gather outside at Outcast Brewing Company.
The tradition of practicing 108 sun salutations is a true exercise in focus and intention. We use the repetition of movement to create a solid foundation for the transition into the future. What unhelpful patterns are you ready to release? What new ideas, habits, and projects are we creating space for and building? Here we lay the track forward.
The 108 Suns will end with ambient guitar and a lovely Savasana. YOU CAN DO IT. Options, modifications, and breaks are provided. Get your hamstrings ready and let's goooo!
Outcast is a spacious neighborhood spot with great beers and multiple N/A options, kid- and dog-friendly. Space is limited so register quickly.
