Tap into the energy of the Sun and celebrate the Summer Solstice with 108 Sun SalutationsThe Summer Solstice is the first day of summer and the time when the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, granting us the longest span of daylight throughout the year.
On this day, we celebrate the nourishing light of the sun as well as bring awareness to the light that exists within each of us.
By practicing 108 Sun Salutations, we will cultivate gratitude towards life, challenge our mental & physical body to awaken our inner strength and foster a deep connection with our breath for steadiness and calm.
This practice is both challenging and meditative and will show you that you are as powerful as the sun!
Friday, June 20th, 8-10am
