Join us for the empowering practcie of 108 Sun Salutations at sunrise.
Park in the beach carpark opposite Tulum General Store, Balnarring Beach and walk down the sandy path to the beach .
Meet on the beach at latest 6.40am for a 6.47am sunrise.
Wear bathers for optional swim afterwards
Practice will take approximately 1 hour.
BYO Yoga mat or towel
Join us for a coffee afterwards at Tulum General store.

How long will it take? Approx 60 mins
Do I need to do all 108 Sun Sals? No, you can move in your own time. I will count based off the average speed of the entire group.
Can I rest? Absolutely, always listen to your body
What should I expect? There will be waves of amazing energy and waves of resistance. Just stick with your breath and stay open.
What if the weather is bad? With the attitude of ‘non attachment’ we will strive to practice regardless. But if the weather is unsafe/severe I will reschedule to follow week and post update on my IG @yogawithgeorgia
Do I have to be a YTT? No, this experience is open to everyone.
What if I cant join in person? I will be streaming through Instagram Live
What should I bring? Yoga mat, water bottle, bathers and warm/cool clothes options
