Come and celebrate Be Kind to Humankind Week – we will level up the kindness factor, flex our kindness muscles and have fun spreading happiness through our yoga practice. Yogis traditionally do 108 sun salutations on solstices and equinoxes in order to express their gratitude and devotion to the practice, although it can be done at anytime of the year!
108 is an uplifting ancient tradition that is used by yoga communities all over the world, It might sound like a lot but surprisingly is more mentally challenging than physically!
All levels welcome, you will always have time to rest if necessary, and Lou will be guiding you at all moments through the class.
We will break it down into 6 blocks of 18 rounds, with rests in-between, and Lou will be doing the counting so you don't have to worry about that!
Through this moving meditation you will feel deeply connected to yourself, those around you and to mother earth.
This is your time for transformation, and everyone can experience the empowering effects of this supercharged practice!
**We will meet at noon for fresh juice and powerballs before we start and refreshments will be provided afterwards
