Fargo ratings will be locked WHEN YOU SIGN UP! 200 robustness required to be considered established--if not established, DTB can assign you a temporary rating based on league and tournament play, known ability, etc. This temporary rating will be used for DTB tournaments and ONLY DTB tournaments--other tournament directors can assign you a rating at their own discretion. This will be a ONE day event.
