He’ll also talk about creative ways to build wealth with a (DST) Delaware Statutory Trust. And how to eliminate the all-too-common family disputes.

Once sellers decide to sell The Ihara Team Listing Team steps in as a Full Service Concierge. This service includes coordinating trusted vendors, obtaining estimates, managing the work to be done, coordinate staging and cleaning then manage professional photography and videos. In 2010 Dan and Julie started Senior Move Managers and De-Clutter Hawaii which assists clients in the transition to the new living environment and/or making adjustments to the current home or moving to a new home. They also developed HI Property Management to keep the house and rent it out.

Dan has been in the Top 100 Realtors in Hawaii for the last 9 years and is currently ranked #4 in the State. Dan has developed teams in Washington State and California with eyes to grow multiple businesses in California as well as Maui. Dan is also a member of Gary Keller's Private Mastermind Group where the Top 100 realtors meet 4 times a year to mastermind best practices.
