You are cordially invited to attend our 10.10 @10 event on Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The event, hosted at the L.A. Lee YMCA/Mizell Community Center (1409 NW 6th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL), will celebrate the incredible people in our community who authentically create positive experiences. The upcoming networking and awards ceremony is a celebration to recognize the impactful work of our community's most dedicated leaders. We honor those we call "Super Stars," "Anchors," and "Ten Toes Down" - the people who galvanize others to goodwill and consistently show up to get the job done. These are the leaders who are true friends and support units, the ones we rely on when problems arise because we know they can be counted on. They authentically create positive experiences in our community, going above and beyond their job descriptions for the greater good.

Guests will enjoy an array of passed hors d'oeuvres, brunch bites, and brunch beverages, as well as entertainment and a guest speaker awards program. Approximately 100 guests will attend this upscale networking event, where they'll have the opportunity to show their support for the women empowering women in our community and the leaders driving meaningful change.

Fun Fact:

The Pythagorean believed 10 was the most perfect number and represents unity from multiplicity. In Physics these numbers represent the total number of electrons in filled electron shells and indicate a stable structure. Humans have 10 fingers and 10 toes, which may have led to the development of the decimal number system.
