This dip will be our 100th dip trying to raise the awareness on the stigma around mental health We all have mental health just at different levels
Sometimes it’s the ones with the biggest smiles are the ones hiding the fear of talking, so let’s look out for one and another take a second to check up on each other and a minute to listen you never now it might just be the best minute of there day .
The sun always shines after the storm sometime the storm might drag on but it will pass
We will be hitting our 100th dip on 30th August and would love as many people to join us and take the stand against the stigma around mental health
