DeBardeleben Park is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.daily.

If you Join the Challenge but cant make it out, thats okay! Walk your neighborhood, in and around your house where ever just walk!

Here is the calculation: ( Only applies to designated Location)

  • Total distance required: 10,000 steps / 2,000 steps per mile = 5 miles
  • Laps per mile: 3 laps
  • Total laps needed: 5 miles * 3 laps per mile = 15 laps

So, be mindful, pick 2 times a day to walk for 1.5 hr or more. Be sure to Track Your Steps!
