About this Event
The Church remains open in during lockdown 3 but everybody's safety is of paramount importance as we grapple with a more transmissible virus.
If you or any member of your family is at all vulnerable or feels unwell, please consider staying at home where you know you are safe.
To keep everybody safe :
Please arrive early as it will take longer to get into church with allocated seating.
Stewards will be seating groups before showing the next bubble to their seats to keep maximum social distancing.
Holy Communion will happen at the end of Mass so that people will go straight out of the door to their cars or to walk home. Please follow the guidance of Fr Patrick and the stewards.
Entry to the church is through the double doors next to the Cenacle. Scan the QR code if you have the app on your phone.
The church will be well ventilated and more drafty than usual. Bring extra layers with you.
Exit is through the doors opposite the main body of the church and the small side door.
Sanitise hands on the way in.
Adults and children in Y7 or above must wear masks.
You must stay 1m+ apart, even when coming forward for communion. Stewards will guide you so please listen to them. You may need to walk the long way round to get to communion. Please don’t slide along the pews to reach the central aisle. There is still no congregational singing allowed.
Leave the building promptly and go straight to your vehicle without gathering to chat in the car park.
