HOW IT WORKS6:00 - 6:30
Check in, grab a drink/snack, socialize, submit nominations
6:30 - 7:30
• Welcome and Announcements
• 3 nominations randomly drawn
• Each member whose nomination was drawn is given
5 minutes to present their organization for consideration
and an additional 5 minutes for questions/answers
• Ballots cast
• Update from previously selected organization while votes
are tallied
• Winner announced
• All members write their check directly to the winning
charity or donate through our online link
7:30…
Meeting adjourned…but that does’t mean you have to
leave! Stay and hang out with old and new friends.
We would love for you to stay for dinner but we know life can get busy too!
That’s how we raise $10,000 in 1 hour
to benefit our community
while building friendships and having fun!
