100 Fingers Workshop

Experience the transformative power of touch with guided positive affirmations in a group setting. This ancient practice, originating from the Orient, is designed to promote a state of positivity within the body. The human body is remarkably adaptable, capable of integrating multiple stimuli simultaneously.

The session commences with one individual lying on the table surrounded by 10 practitioners. One practitioner positions themselves at the head of the table, another at the feet, two on each arm, and two on each leg. Simultaneously, all participants place their hands on the recipient, engaging in gentle massage or simple touch for two minutes.

Following this initial phase, there will be a rotation around the table lasting 20 minutes. Practitioners will then assist in turning over the recipient, continuing the process for another 20 minutes to ensure each practitioner completes a full circuit around the table.

Throughout the session, positive affirmations and guided imagery will be employed, with participants channeling these intentions through their hands and into the recipient's body. Remarkably, practitioners will also experience these affirmations and sensations, amplified tenfold as they reverberate back to them.

This profound connection between mind and body becomes unmistakable as participants collectively experience heightened feelings of love, compassion, forgiveness, and closure.
