10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's: Early Detection Matters

The warning signs of Alzheimer's disease are often dismissed as side effects of normal aging. If you or someone you know is experiencing memory loss or behavioral changes, it's time to learn the facts. Early detection gives you a chance to begin drug therapy, enroll in clinical studies, and plan for the future. Attend this workshop training to learn the 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's disease. We'll separate myth from reality and address commonly-held fears about Alzheimer's in America. Hear from people who have the disease and find out how to recognize the signs in yourself and others. This workshop will be led and instructed by a representative from the Connecticut Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
Registration is required to attend this program. Unvaccinated people must wear a mask in the building. Fully vaccinated people are not required to wear a mask. Out of respect for many who visit the library, we ask that you continue to wear a mask while attending in-person programs. Choosing to do so will make a safer environment for all, especially children and those with compromised or weakened immune systems. Thank you for your consideration.
