Since 1995, Preservation New Jersey has been compiling annually its “10 Most Endangered Historic Places in New Jersey” list, spotlighting the state’s irreplaceable historic, architectural, cultural, and archaeological resources that are in imminent danger of being lost. PNJ’s upcoming 10 Most 30th Anniversary Gala celebrates this 30-year milestone and brings continued attention to the fragile existence of New Jersey’s historic resources.Saturday, May 3rd from 11:00am - 2:00pm on the Battleship New Jersey in Camden.
Join us for an afternoon of celebration and camaraderie with those dedicated to preserving New Jersey’s historic resources. The festivities will feature a delicious lunch catered by Andreotti's, an exclusive private tour of the Battleship for early arrivals, and the exciting announcement of the 2025 10 Most Endangered Historic Sites.
This is a ticketed event. Tickets are $75.00 per person. Proceeds of this event benefit Preservation New Jersey's education and 10 Most program. (Tables seat 8 persons. For more than one table request, email [email protected])

About the Battleship: The USS New Jersey (BB-62), often referred to as the "Battleship New Jersey," is one of the most decorated battleships in U.S. naval history. Launched in 1942 during World War II, it saw service across multiple conflicts, including World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and the Gulf War.
The Battleship New Jersey Museum & Memorial is currently open for tours every day of the week from 10AM with the last tour of the day departing at 4PM. The Museum regularly ranks as one of the best museums in NJ, one of the best things to do in Philadelphia, and serves as an entertaining attraction in New Jersey for families. Not only do you see exhibits of artifacts from the largest battleship’s past, but you are put into the exhibit as you go through the tour route. The New Jersey is one of the most interactive U.S. battleship museums.
