From savory to sweet, you’ll explore creative ways to cook with this autumn star while learning techniques you can show off all season long. Cozy, festive, and full of flavor—this class is the ultimate ode to pumpkin.

- Gooey Pumpkin Butter and Goat Cheese Quesadillas
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pepitas and Parmesan
- Parisian Pumpkin Gnocchi
