10-19 & The Number Men, a new millennium trip-hop quartet, are a psychedelic outfit bent on exploring the outer edges of traditional rap music, stretching and bending its boom-bap boundaries into a surreal mix of rhyme, rhythm, and melody. Their debut EP "Spokes" was released January 2021 on 'It's Okay, I'm Crying'.The Number Men features San Diego hip-hop staple 10-19 leading his new band, comprised of prolific multi-instrumentalists/producers Joel Kynan, Brian Scafidi, and Sean Burdeaux .
A product of quarantine, the remotely recorded debut EP is surreal, dark, and dreamy with glimmering hints of radioactive sludge glowing underneath. 10-19 & The Number Men navigate apocalyptic terrain, taking the listener on a psychedelic journey through trippy lyrical and musical atmospheres.
