DATE NIGHT: FALL IN TUSCANY
High in the hills of Italy, seasons are spent with beef grilled over glowing coals and drizzled with olive oil, served with red wine and roasted vegetables. Tuscany is known for its simple and refined flavors for good reason. Students will learn some of the ingredients, techniques, and joy of Tuscan cooking as they enjoy authentic dishes from the region. Boungiorno!

- Arugula Salad with Fig Balsamic and Walnuts
