After the sound experience, you will connect this energy with fluid art, allowing the sensations you felt to flow into your brushstrokes and onto the canvas, translating your inner harmony into vibrant, expressive creations.
Space is limited to 8 Beautiful Souls. All are welcome.
Bring comfort essentials: pillows, blanket, bolster, yoga mat, journal or whatever will make your space cozy for you.
We do provide yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows if you do not bring your own.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your space for a prompt start. Late entry is NOT permitted.
