Come move, connect, and celebrate how far we’ve come together as a community!

6:00 am – 7:00 am Sunrise Traditional Hot Flow with Brandy-Joe
9:30 am – 10:30 am VIN to YIN with Heather
11:00 am – 12:00 pm Gentle & Restorative with Sound with Billie & Heather (in-studio only)
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm 1111 Hot Vinyasa Flow with Billie & Heather
🎶 Social Hour to Follow the 6:00 pm Class!
Stay after to celebrate with music, mingling, and lite refreshments.
Each class (except Gentle & Restorative) also includes a Zoom option, so you can join the celebration from anywhere!
There’s no additional charge for these classes if you’re on an unlimited membership. You can also use class passes or join us as a drop-in for $25 per class.
