Rules:
All base Catan Rules are in effect.
1 vs. 1 Rules Changes:
• 15 Victory Points needed to win
• You may not rob from your opponent until they have 3 confirmed visual points (Largest Army/Longest Road will be eligible to be robbed). If your opponent does not have 3 points on board you still move the robber but you move it to another unoccupied hex
• Robber Hand Size – You do not discard if you are at 9 cards or less. At 10 cards in hand you must discard
