This week’s presenter is Carol Hartt, Executive Director of the Manassas City Public Schools Education Foundation - raising funds to support the students and teachers of MCPS since 1992. Through changing demographics, technological advances, and a pandemic, the Foundation has provided funds for student scholarships and innovative teacher grants as well as other projects from a Community Garden at Metz Middle School to a Community Financial Literacy workshop in Georgetown South.
