#1 - Fergus Adult Walking GroupWe will walk the Elora Catatract trail for approx. 2kms one way, stop for a water break, and then head back. Come out and meet new people from the community, make new friends get some fresh air and exercise. We will walk if its snowing, however, if its raining or freezing rain the walk will be cancelled. The walk should take approx 45mins to 1hr in length.
Where to Meet: Forfar park @ 5:30pm in the parking lot.
Difficulty: Due to the distance of this walk it may be a bit difficult for those who have not completed a longer walk in a long time.
Terrain: flat, packed gravel
What to wear: Dress for the weather, you will warm up as we get into the walk. Supportive pair of shoes or hiking boots. Water, gloves, hat
Pace: Since this is our 1st walk, the pace will be casual (not fast but not slow - we want to get the heart rate up a little bit)
