Join us for a rejuvenating co-ed experience designed to calm the mind, release tension, and nourish the soul. The evening begins with gentle yoga to softly open the body, followed by a guided meditation to ground your energy. We’ll then move into transformative breathwork to clear stress and invite balance. Finally, you’ll be immersed in a delicious sound bath, where soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and instruments will wash over you, leaving you deeply relaxed and restored.
This is a safe and welcoming space for all levels—no experience needed, just an open heart. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
