Join us One Day Retreat filled with self-care activities and positive vibes!
Saturday, November 22, 2025
At Oregon Meditation Center | Time: 9 AM-3 PM
The retreat includes a range of activities designed for everyone (regardless of what you believe in)to help you relax and rejuvenate. We will start with a Chair Yoga, followed by a guided meditation to help you connect with your inner self. You will then have the opportunity to listen to a Dhamma talk, which will offer insights into Buddhist teachings and practices.

9:00-9:20 am Orientation/ Mindful Activity/ Chair Yoga
9:20-9:30 am Meditation Introduction/ Teaching Monk biography
9:30-11:00 am Meditation Session
11:00am -12:20 pm Lunch***
12:20-12:30 pm Mindful Cleaning
12:30-12:50 pm Mindful activity
12:50-1:10 pm Walking Meditation
1:10-1:20 pm Free time
1:20-1:30. pm Meditation Review
1:45-3:00. pm Afternoon meditation (Long Meditation)
3:00. pm End
PS. If you have any dietary restrictions, please bring your meals.
