NDIS Provider Registration Program

What is included?

• Assistance to tailor your NDIS Commission self-assessment and application

• Submission of application to obtain scope of audit

• Provision of all necessary policies and procedures + tools and templates

• Provision of a Compliance Management System

• Hands on guidance to put together your compliance system

• Introduction and tutorial about your forms, templates and policies

• Assistance with checklist of documents and explanations about what is needed

• Template and Guidance on specific requirements such as Business Plan, Emergency and Disaster Plan and Infection Control Plan.

• Access to the Effective Policy learning platform to complete relevant mandatory modules (this will be completed outside of the 1-day registration program)

The aim of this event is to:

• Submit your application and receive a scope of audit

• Submit your scope of audit for a quote to audit companies

• Guide you to develop your compliance management system so you will be ready for audit

• Provide hands on guidance, assistance and training to ensure you are well equipped to commence service provision

Note:

• All required documentation will be provided

• The Effective Team will be facilitating the training/workshop/guidance on the day

• A full list will be sent to each attendee outlining what you need to bring with you on the day.
