1-Day Mindfulness Workshop: Reset and Refresh
Step away from life’s busyness and give yourself the gift of calm and rejuvenation.
This one-day workshop is your chance to slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself through guided mindfulness practices and experiential activities.
What You’ll Experience:
- Mindful walking in the lush Botanic Gardens
- Gentle mindful stretching
- Mindful eating and sensory awareness exercises
- Practical tools to cultivate presence, clarity, and emotional balance
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or on the brink of burnout, this could be your “reset” day. You’ll leave with simple, effective practices to ground yourself at home and at work.

- Yoga mat or large towel

HOW? Do I begin the process of using my SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to pay for course fees:
Step 1 (on Skillsfuture Website): Check your SkillsFuture credit balance.
Log into your SkillsFuture Portal to confirm you have sufficient SkillsFuture Credit balance (Take note: $4K SkillsFuture Career Transition Credits CANNOT be used for Brahm Centre courses).

Step 2 (on Eventbrite Website): Securing your ticket.
On Eventbrite, search for the course you are interested in.

Step 3 (on Eventbrite Website): Select correct ticket type & complete registration.
Select the intended Ticket Type (either NSA+SkillsFuture or Individual+SkillsFuture) and complete your registration. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing information about the course.
Save/Screenshot the confirmation. (you will use this in the following steps)
Step 4 (on Skillsfuture Website): Submit your SkillsFuture claim.
Go back to the SkillsFuture Portal to submit a claim under 'E-Services'.

Please submit your SkillsFuture credit claim 60 days BEFORE the course commencement, for it to be valid. Deadline to submit SFC Claim is one week prior to course commencement.
Step 5 (on Skillsfuture Website):
If your SFC submission was completed successfully, the status of your submission would reflect as "PENDING".
Your registration is confirmed after your SkillsFuture claim status reflect as "APPROVED".
*Should you choose to cancel your SFC claim before the start date, Brahm Centre reserves the right to impose a penalty fee for course withdrawal.
