Trainer Profile
With a distinguished career in digital marketing and leadership, Xuanbin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Appointed as Head of Digital Marketing, APAC for a FTSE100-listed company at the age of 32, he was one of the youngest to hold such a position globally within the organisation. His leadership style emphasises connecting with individuals, building trust, and giving team members the time and support they need to learn and grow.
His first test of leadership came during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he built and managed a team with remote members, many of whom he never met in person until after leaving the organisation post-pandemic.
As a regional leader, Xuanbin played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and communication across diverse teams, regularly engaging with peers and colleagues from various seniorities and functions across the globe. This experience exposed him to a wide range of perspectives and challenges, honing his ability to understand and address the unique dynamics present in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
As an Adult Educator with 8 years of experience, and a Certified Performance Leadership Coach, he combines practical industry insights with proven coaching methodologies. As a coach, Xuanbin has helped team leaders to forge deeper and more meaningful connections with their team members, and to co-create a culture of shared leadership.
Xuanbin has a deep passion for developing people and designing programs that help team members reach their full potential, focusing on them as individuals, not just subordinates. His commitment to fostering personal and professional growth makes him uniquely qualified to guide participants in creating high-performing teams.
