This is a one-day, practical, hands-on workshop aimed at an intermediate level. An in-depth guide using your DSLR or mirrorless digital camera with full understanding and creative control.This workshop assumes that you have moved past “Auto” and are using Aperture, Shutter and Manual Modes for most of your images. We will expand each mode in detail and cover the best setting for the subjects of landscape & nature photography, and then for street plus black and white photography. This workshop will get you familiar with working with “Live View” and understanding the benefits of camera settings, plus more in-depth exposure control.
Our in-field creative exercises will cover: getting the best out of different focal length lenses, understanding Hyperfocal Focus and creative composition. The day will end with a group review session to look over the images captured, along with a basic introduction to post-processing in Adobe Lightroom.
