This hands-on course introduces professionals to the theoretical foundations of BIM; the advantages of BIM; and the business case for BIM.
About this Event

The construction research group at UofT is offering a 1-day training course on BIM (Building Information Modeling). BIM is key to digitizing the architectural, engineering, construction (AEC) and asset management industries.

The course covers the basics of BIM, advanced uses of BIM, hands-on development of 4D and 5D models, the business case for BIM, ISO19650 and the adoption of BIM.

The course targets professionals in the construction and asset management industry.

The event is offered in-person and online on Friday 26th of July 2024 at UofT.

Admission is Free (the number of attendees will be capped to 30).
