If you register for this event here on Eventbrite, please mind, that the registration confirmation is NOT A TICKET to attend any event, don't come in person to the Conference Center (it is mentioned as one of our possible event locations, but all your meetings will be happening in different offices in Miami) and your program can only be confirmed, after we discuss all the details with you, receive your payment for the program (the price will depend on the number of meetings /people attending and your deadlines) and after we prepare and send you a custom-made program : an outline and agenda for your meetings for the specific date.
Unless that is done, please do not just come to the Conference Center location, as no one will be there waiting on-site every day. It happened before that people don't read the event description, sign up for a free registration form and then just come to the location and start calling us with "I came here and why there is no event" questions.
