Therapeutic Yin Yoga- A nourishing yoga practice that combines breath, movement, sounds and gestures to tap into our source of life.
Community Circle- When we lay down all masks and misconceptions we open up to being welcomed for all that we are, in our fullness, with compassion, acceptance and love. NEEDED MEDICINE during these times!
Drumming- A shamanic drum journey into our sacred heart fire for creative inspiration and guidance.
Free Writing - This style of writing effortlessly shines the light on our inner worlds bringing clarity on our passions and intentions for the cycle ahead. (Feel free to bring journals)
Singing - Singing in groups uplifts mood and enhances mental wellbeing.
Restorative Mobility - A gentle and nourishing practice after a long hike.

13:00 Guided Meditation & Shamanic Drumming under the tree's in the forest
13:45 Lunch and Relax
14:30 Second half of hike
Arrive back at Gisy and Relax
17:00 Foot & Ankle Restorative-mobility
18:00 Therapeutic Yin Yoga
19:00 Dinner
Closing Gratitude Circle and Return back to the city.
