Our last dinner in January will be at Rio Burritos!Rio burritos is a woman owned Mexican eatery specializing in birria dishes with generous portions and unique salsa. Birria is a traditional Mexican dish of slow-braised meat cooked in a rich, spiced chile broth, often served as a stew or in crispy tacos with consommé for dipping.
