About this Event
Shine is delighted to offer free Mental Health Awareness training for businesses and individuals across West Lindsey, funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Training will run over 1/2-day — 17th December 2025, 10:00–14:15.
This engaging course provides learners with a deeper understanding of mental health, the factors that can affect wellbeing, and how to recognise when someone may be struggling. Through practical tools and real-world scenarios, participants build confidence in having supportive conversations, reducing stigma, and signposting to appropriate help.
Ideal for workplaces, community settings, and anyone wanting to better understand mental health, the training promotes early intervention, improved communication, and a more compassionate culture.
By the end of the course, learners will feel more informed, more confident, and better equipped to promote positive mental health for themselves and others.
All sessions are delivered by Shine’s experienced and accredited tutors, bringing real-world knowledge and practical strategies that participants can immediately apply in professional and everyday settings.
Places are fully funded but limited — pre-booking is essential.
